Avoid causing the screen to flicker
Flickering or flashing on a website can cause a person with photosensitive epilepsy to have a seizure (4 to 59 flashes per second). Avoid quickly refreshing content or animated gifs, strobe light effects, the blink tag, and quick changes from dark to light.
Provide a way for the user to freeze or stop moving content, or pages that refresh frequently.
