I am an advocate of accessibility, usability, user-experience design and web standards and (regularly) communicate the benefits of such design when I contribute as a mentor on the SitePoint Forums. When I'm not building or helping others build websites I also write about the subject. I am the author of Getting StartED Building Websites (FriendsOfED), a book to which I dedicated 20 pages to explaining the core principles of accessible web design for beginners (and throughout the book I actively promote such good practices).
