Blair runs his own web design business called Doepud Web Design.

Blair makes websites for a living. And he takes a strong stance on making websites that work. It's that fine combination of usability, accessibility and visual aesthetics that keeps him so excited every day.

Blair is an active member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers, where he maintains an administrative role in reviewing new applicants. And related to this Blair also grades submissions to the Accessites.org showcase.

Prior to 2001, when he began to focus his attentions on Information Technology, Blair practised as a fine artist for seven years; painting for a living.
